Cathy Von Eschen is the owner of Rocket Road. With over 20 years of marketing experience, Cathy has worked in a wide range of industries and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Married to Tom, they have two rescue dogs: Fonzi and Radar. When she's not working, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, fishing and listening/watching all things true crime.

Megan Bethke brings so much to Rocket Road, including but not limited to marketing and business operations expertise, social media strategy and content and paid digital ads. Megan has worked across many different types of industries, with businesses of all sizes! She has a fur baby named Ralphie, who loves to play and go for long walks! Outside of working, Megan enjoys traveling, spending time at her cabin, playing games, trying new food and drink spots, and socializing with family and friends.

Jenny is a graphic artist with over 20 years of experience. Skilled in logo composition, packaging design, photo retouch and typography. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, traveling, cooking, podcasts and spending time with her family.

Heather Busch is full of marketing and content knowledge, and a passion for helping small businesses make their dreams come true. She's a busy wife, and mom of 2 human and 2 feline kids. The Busch family loves to travel, especially for Irish Dance competitions, and loves all things sports. Her hobbies include crafting, reading for pleasure and knowledge, volunteering for the PTA, and partaking in Irish Dance lessons. She's also sucker for healthy nutrition. Because life is short, but sweet for certain, she's usually found searching for her next concert or vacation.
